Welcome to the website of The Rotary Club of Bournemouth updated

Rotary International is a global network of service volunteers. It is the world's largest service organisation for business and professional people, with over 1,200,000 members operating in 200 countries world-wide. Please click here for more general information about Rotary.

The Rotary Club of Bournemouth was formed over 100 years ago - the first Rotary Club in the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole area - and is now a thriving club with around 50 male and female members. For more information about what we do and how to join us, please click here.

Our weekly meetings are held both in the evenings and at lunchtime. Generally, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, informal evening meetings are held, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, at various places in the local area. On the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, our meetings are held at lunchtime (excluding Bank Holidays) from 1.00pm to 2.15pm, at the Hotel Collingwood (11 Priory Road, Bournemouth BH2 5DF). On the 5th week of the month, we often have a 'scatter week' so you need to check with our Secretary.

We welcome visitors and Rotarians from other Clubs, but please let our Secretary know a few days in advance that you are coming (and to check the day, time and location of the meeting).
